Our founder, Trent Waller, is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He has practiced exclusively in family law for over 24 years. Trent leads the team. He has practiced in family law for over 24 years and holds accreditation from the Queensland Law Society as a family law specialist.

Even when dealing with the most complex of issues in financial and property matters, parenting disputes or asset protection strategies, Trent utilises his years of experience and knowledge in the field to ensure the best results for the firm’s clients.

Trent is a past President of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Queensland and member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and since her admission has worked exclusively in family law.

Victoria also holds a degree in Business Management and previously worked in Human Resource roles in Australia and internationally. This background enables Victoria to be empathetic towards her clients, while focused on providing pragmatic guidance and advice.
Since her admission 8 years ago, Victoria has worked exclusively in family law providing guidance and advice on all aspects of family law and in particular financial matters, parenting issues and issues involving asset protection.
Victoria’s strength is her attention to detail and meticulous preparation for mediations, and if necessary, arbitrations and court hearings. Victoria regularly liaises with clients’ accountants, financial advisers and other allied professionals to ensure relevant advice is provided and the best possible outcomes are achieved.
Victoria is a member of the Family Law Section of Law Council of Australia and the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Queensland.
