Parenting – Relocation

Trent and Victoria acted for a Mother who wanted to relocate with her new husband and her two children interstate. Court proceedings became necessary because the Father would not agree for the children to move interstate.

The expert retained to prepare a report for the Court to assist the Court in determining an outcome, concluded that the children should not be moved interstate.

Trent and Victoria assisted the client to present to the Court the best possible material in order to completely appraise the Court on how the children moving interstate would benefit them.

The Court allowed the children to move interstate.
